proper care, your Hot Rocks jewelry will last for years.
Be sure to refer to our
Care Guide – we
include this with every purchase and it is also
available on our website. This describes in full detail
the best way to prevent damage. It is very important to
properly care for Artisan jewelry!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
email us within 3 days of receipt, and we will arrange
for you to return the item. Upon receipt of your return
we will issue a full refund, less shipping charges.
Should
any item break within the first 90 days of receipt,
through no fault of your own, we will gladly repair the
item free of charge. This does not include accidents and
mishaps. Should an accident occur, we may charge a fee
for repair based on the damage and amount of time
necessary to make the repair.
Please
be aware that some stones are one of a kind and may not
be able to be replaced.
You
may wish to have your jewelry restrung periodically to
maintain its strength and stability. Some jewelers offer
restringing, or you can contact us to discuss this
service.
